The Vibram winkler is a thin rubber outsole designed to provide traction in a number of different environments. The rubber compound helps with grip on numerous different surfaces with a large toe contact zone for increased grip on rocky surfaces. The open lug design is great for self-cleaning and safety while the undercut heel gives you the most severe braking.
